Seminar on sustainable tourism in the frame of TOURIST Project


On 25 October 2018, Faculty of Management and Tourism organised the seminar in the frame of Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education funding project TOURIST: (Competence centres for the development of sustainable tourism and innovative financial management strategies to increase the positive impact of local tourism in Thailand and Vietnam. Which the President of Burapha University, Assoc.Prof.Dr.Somnuk Theerakulpisut, was being the preside over the opening ceremony and conducted the seminar by Dr. Tran Dinh Lam, the Director of University of Social Sciences and Humanities Center for Vietnamnese and Southeast Asian Studies in the topic of "ASEAN Tourism Industry: How it Sustains?". The objective are to create the knowledge and provide systematic information and disseminate the knowledge and enhance the competency in terms of Sustainable Tourism for students, scholars and communities.
